Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you change your mind after placing an online order, you can cancel the purchase before we have sent our Dispatch Email to you. All dispatch emails are sent within one working day of the purchase. Orders can be cancelled by notifying us by email. We cannot guarantee a successful cancellation and a full money back refund if a cancellation email is not received within one day of the purchase.
Returns after dispatch
In an event you wish to return an item upon receipt, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 2 days of receipt of the item, with the following information:

All items must be returned under the condition the item is in its original state, unworn and in its original packaging. We will gladly refund the total cost of the purchase less the original postage costs within 7 days of receiving the notice of returns and upon receiving the returned goods.
We take great pride in our products and hence pack the product very carefully to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
We guarantee the rights you have to return goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We take great care and pride for ensuring our products are packaged securely before dispatch. We do not have any policy of returns if product gets damaged in transportation phase.
How to return the item
Simply email and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to return the item. We will reply to the email as soon as possible with our returns procedures.
Kindly note items returned are entirely at the sender’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of the item/s in anyway caused when in transit through the postage system. The sender is responsible for the returns postage fees, which is suggested you send via the mail method as that will provide insurance for the goods too. Please obtain a receipt of proof of posting.

Indian Standard Delivery
Shipping time is 3-10 working days (working days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Indian Bank Holidays). Items are sent via Mail First Class ‘Recorded Signed For’ method. Please note a signature may be required.
